Jitin Talwar helped found two global companies TT Consultants and XLSCOUT and also a Patent Agent in India, an experienced Patent Attorney. He is also a Gurukul Fellow – University of Oxford – DPIR / St Cross College. He represents fortune clients at the Indian Patent office and subsequent litigations, consulting on portfolio management, design around, compulsory license avoidance and Prior Art Searches. He is continuously working towards inventing a series of new techniques in collaboration, automation, and enhanced viewing of Patents by use of AI, Machine learning and blockchain. He has addressed seminars and conferences on several important IP issues including best practices of developing and protecting IP in US, Japan, Taiwan, China, and India.
Dr. Nirmal S. Basi, a PhD in Biochemistry, is a registered patent agent for USPTO and has published numerous peer reviewed journal articles while he was a research scientist at the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda. He has been a patent agent/consultant working closely with clients to develop an asset of value based on intellectual property (IP) for the last four years. With over 12 years of experience as a patent examiner in the USPTO and having reviewed hundreds of patent applications in the biotech arena, he is guiding search teams at various steps through regular training sessions, helping them during the search and assisting them in finding better results.
Anthony (Tony) Trippe is Managing Director of Patinformatics, LLC. Patinformatics is an advisory firm specializing in patent analytics and landscaping to support decision making for technology based businesses. In addition to operating Patinformatics, Mr. Trippe is also an Adjunct Professor of IP Management and Markets at Illinois Institute of Technology teaching a course on patent analysis, and landscapes for strategic decision making. Tony is an influential thought leader in the patent analysis space, wrote the Guidelines for the Preparation of Patent Landscape Reports for the World Intellectual Property Organization, has been named one of the Top 300 IP Strategists by IAM Magazine, and is the developer of ML4Patents.com the industry's online resource for the use of machine learning and artificial intelligence in the field of Intellectual Property.
