Linus has 20 years of experience supporting IPR and innovation processes, starting as an examiner at the Swedish Patent office, now focusing on prior art searches methodologies and supportive tools. He has a Master of Science in Physics & Electronics and a French DEA degree in microelectronics, and additional MBA studies on Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He was the president of the Confederacy of European Patent Information User Groups (CEPIUG) 2015-2017 and currently one of the board members of the ISBQPIP for certification of Patent Information Professionals. Linus is the co-founder of and was also CEO 2000-2018 at Uppdragshuset, providing high-end patent information search services. He is since 2018 CEO of IPscreener, a spin-off company from the EUROSTAR project with the Technical University of Vienna & Uppdragshuset on AI assisted exploring and understanding of patents. Daniel has more than 15 year of full stack development experience, being CTO in several startups and international research projects with special focus on patent data and now with a special focus on AI driven data information platforms. He has an Master in Media design from Royal Institute of Technology. He was previously heading IT development at Uppdragshuset and is currently CTO of IPscreener and was recently heading the AI research project on patent retrieval and classification supported by the Swedish National Agency Innovation (Vinnova). Anthony (Tony) Trippe is Managing Director of Patinformatics, LLC. Patinformatics is an advisory firm specializing in patent analytics and landscaping to support decision making for technology based businesses. In addition to operating Patinformatics, Mr. Trippe is also an Adjunct Professor of IP Management and Markets at Illinois Institute of Technology teaching a course on patent analysis, and landscapes for strategic decision making. Tony is an influential thought leader in the patent analysis space, wrote the Guidelines for the Preparation of Patent Landscape Reports for the World Intellectual Property Organization, has been named one of the Top 300 IP Strategists by IAM Magazine, and is the developer of ML4Patents.com the industry's online resource for the use of machine learning and artificial intelligence in the field of Intellectual Property.
